Fizz Fellas will be the only Fellas behind the taps during the event, unless previously agreed.
We will attain any licenses required to serve alcohol at the venue. This is subject to any applicable license being denied by the Licensing Authorities who will have the final say on beverage operating hours.
Will provide all essential equipment for facilitating the fizz. Dependent on the organisers wants and needs we can provide lighting and a canopy which will be secured by a deposit and returned no later than 5 working days after the event providing there is no damage.
All we ask of you prior to the event is to ensure we have sufficient space and time for the Fellas to enter the venue, assemble the bar along with equipment and the same to dismantle and the end of the event. This will also involve parking of our vehicle so we can unload equipment with ease and efficiency making a stress free event for all.
Glass hire is free of charge however there will be a charge of £1 per broken glass. It’s normal for a venue where we may be set up outdoors to decline use of glassware. In this circumstance, recyclable flutes can be provided at a cost of £10 per 100 flutes. Alternatively, the organiser can choose to supply their own glassware for the event.
Upon booking with Fizz Fellas, to secure your event in our calendar a deposit of £250 must be paid and will be returned no later than 5 working days after the event. Once your deposit is received we’ll make all the necessary arrangements for your events such as license applications, securing your Fellas and any other special requirements. However we do require full payment no later than 5 days prior to the event to finalise the booking. If the payment isn’t received by this time we reserve the right to take other bookings for that date.
We hold the right to refuse service to anyone who we feel is too intoxicated. If you are lucky enough to look under 25, firstly the Fellas are jealous, secondly please don’t take offence if we ask you for identification. We operate the Challenge 25 scheme, a form of good practice, take it as a compliment and enjoy your fizz.
Payments & Refunds
As already mentioned, by hook or by crook payment needs to be received 5 days prior to the event, unless already specified and agreed with Fizz Fellas. Deposits will be refunded no later than 5 working days after the event which gives us time to examine equipment and communicate with event organiser to ensure they were pleased with our service.
